We do not choose the animal. It is an animal that comes to us because we need the special qualities and traits that it can bring to us.
When we learn and study the traits of our Power Animal, we recognize/remember the abilities that we have.
Knowing we are protected and not alone gives us the ability and strength to move forward in a positive direction again!
